(thankfully that wasn’t the case lol) I think what it boils down to with Zen is he likes having affection shown to him and likes it obvious, which we’re certainly doing lol. I almost gave up on the game because I did Zens route first and I was afraid everyone’s route was going to be that extreme. I had to use a guide until I got a feel for how they wanted me to answer for him because I kept wanting to choose the less forward answer. Maybe I’m just more discreet with my feelings but the lines the MC says are sometimes so forward that it crosses a line into creepy lol. I almost wrote the same exact thing here when I played through his route, it bugs me too! I especially don’t like it when the dialogue choices are so obsessive over Zen that it ends up insulting the other characters.

I'd appreciate it if any spoilers be kept to a minimum but please, feel free to rant. I know it's very early days and I should actually give it a chance before deciding something like this but every time I simply see the options, I immediately go "oh god, why are we acting like that?" Anyway, what do ya'll think about his route? (That's more of a personal opinion I guess but I felt as though he should have at least PRETENDED to show support.)īut now I'm actually ON his route, I'm curious if anyone else hated how hard the player has to simp on Zen.

I wasn't a fan of how full of himself he was to begin with and how much he enjoyed the MC doubting that Yoosung could actually quit games. Like- Every sentence is "Oooooo! I wanna talk to Zen" and "ohhh, Zen I looooovvvvve youuuuuuu!!" I WANT to like him but I feel like the MC seems WAY too invested in him.
